As a Conditioner:
Step 1-Smooth a small amount of conditioner into wet hair, from mid-lengths to ends
Step 2-Apply for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 3-Rinse thoroughly, carefully avoiding the eyes.

As a Leave-in:
Step 1-Apply a small amount to towel dried hair
Step 2-Style as desired. Do not rinse.
