Calpol Saline Nasal Spray is suitable for babies, infants, and children from birth onwards. It is ideal for those experiencing nasal congestion due to colds, hay fever, or dry indoor air. Because it’s drug-free, it can also be used by adults.

Ingredients / Active Ingredients
- Active Ingredient: Sodium Chloride 0.9% w/v (isotonic saline solution)
- Other Ingredients: Purified water
This simple, non-medicated saline formula contains no preservatives, steroids, or decongestants.
How to Use / Dosage Instructions
Dosage by Age Group
- Babies and infants under 2 years: 1 spray into each nostril as required
- Children over 2 years and adults: 1–2 sprays into each nostril as required
How Often to Use
- Use 2 to 4 times daily, or as needed.
- Always allow time between doses. Do not exceed recommended usage.
How to Administer
- Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other.
- Press down on the pump to release the spray.
- Repeat in the other nostril.
- Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Duration of Use
- Can be used daily for as long as nasal congestion persists.
- If symptoms last more than 10 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
