How it works

To change the level of firmness simply unzip the mattress cover and rearrange the comfort layers inside; it’s that simple.

1 Firm for Baby (0-12m)

Baby (0-12m)SnuzSurface comes set up in the first stage for baby, with a firm, flat support that’s recommended by sleep experts.

2 Supple for Toddler (12m-3yrs)

Toddler (12m - 3yrs)As your baby grows, your mattress adapts. Simply unzip and rearrange the foam layers inside for a medium, progressive support.

3 Durable for Child (Up to 7yrs)

Child (Up to 7yrs)When it’s time, switch the foam layers to account for your child’s changing size and weight.

How does it adjust to provide different levels of support?

For SnuzSurface Pro, simply unzip and swap the layers around to provide a different firmness to suit the age of your child. For ease, when you are ready to switch your SnuzSurface Pro to the next support level, we have included an instruction label on the inside of the cover, so you can simply unzip your mattress face down and follow the illustrated steps, to change the level of support.

How do I know how to order the layers?

Don’t worry, it’s really easy and everything is clearly set out on a label inside your mattress.

When do I need to change the firmness?

SnuzSurface Pro comes set up for use in stage 1, a firm support that is recommended for babies up to 12 months. So, you won’t need to change anything until your baby has grown to become a playful toddler, and they want a more supple surface.

Is the mattress cover waterproof?

Yes, the top surface of the cover has a waterproof membrane (white side) and it can also be removed and machine washed up to 40 degrees.
